Balance Course November 2020
At Black Pepper & Basil you can find a Bartender course made by Bartenders, in which professional Bartenders learn how to create classic cocktails using several different approaches and methods.
Our Balance course is held in a professional bar environment, where the whole bar atmosphere surrounds you, and runs for 25 hours throughout a four day period, from Monday to Thursday 10:30am to 5:30pm, with a 1h break for lunch and a few pauses during the morning and the afternoon.
The course consist on:
- Course Manual
- Course Certificate
- Several surprises (depending on availability)
After completing this course you will:
Be able to balance different types of cocktails using several methods;
Know and recognize different spirits available in the market and, most importantly, how to use them;
Know how to work with and make your own sugar syrups and purees.
And more!
This course has a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 participants.
The cost of the course is 375€/person including tax.
