Our Balance course is held in a professional bar environment, where the whole bar atmosphere surrounds you, and runs for 25 hours throughout a four day period, from Monday to Thursday 10:30am to 5:30pm, with a 1h break for lunch and a few pauses during the morning and the afternoon.

The course consist on:

After completing this course you will:

Be able to balance different types of cocktails using several methods;

Know and recognize different spirits available in the market and, most importantly, how to use them;
